Vodou doesn't have a separate "New Window" command — instead, right-click any tab and choose Move tab → To new window. This detaches that tab into its own top-level window, which shares the same browsing profile as the main window (so the page keeps running, with no reload). Its own ⤢ button returns it to the main tab strip, and closing the main window closes it too.
