Open the full bookmark manager from the ▦ toolbar dropdown or ☰ menu → Bookmarks → Manage bookmarks…. From there you can add a bookmark manually, rename one, change its URL, delete it, or open it.

The ▦ dropdown and the ☰ → Bookmarks submenu both also list every bookmark directly for quick access, and rebuild themselves each time you open them.
